Personal Data Treatment and Processing

 

TALMAN GROUP S.L., as the Data Controller, with VAT Registration number ESB-62.975.354, informs you under the current legislation on the Protection of Personal Data that the personal data collected through the different forms of the website, those that you send to the contact email addresses and those that you can provide in telephone conversations, will be treated for the following purposes:

  • Manage the comments or queries that you make to our organisation.
  • Manage the selection processes commissioned to our organization.
  • Financial management of our organisation.
  • Evaluation of your application for open positions in our organization.

The data you provide will be kept for the time strictly necessary to meet your request (less than six months, unless your request results in an action that requires legal reasons to keep it for a longer period of time), to keep it as interested in future job positions (two years, with candidates explicit consent) or during the years necessary to comply with legal obligations, such as labour and tax regulations, or other legislation that may be applicable.

2. List of personal data processing activities carried out by our organization

Our company processes different personal data of the interested parties, with different purposes.     • Purpose for processing the data: manage the comments or queries that you make to our organisation.
    • Basis that legitimises the data processing: legitimate interest of our organization (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract), and the explicit consent of the interested party for those cases where it is required.
    • Transfer of data to third parties: we won’t be transferring any of the information provided to third parties that are outside our organization.
    • Data retention period: less than six months, unless there is a legal reason to keep it for a longer period of time.

2. Manage the selection processes commissioned to our organization.

    • Origin of Data: provided by the interested party, through forms enabled for this purpose on the website, or information transmitted to the organization by email or by phone or by using the functionalities added to the different job search websites and social media.
    • Purpose for processing the data: manage the selection processes commissioned to our organization, treating both the data provided by the clients of the organization, as well as data provided by candidates for the positions offered.
    • Basis that legitimises the data processing: legitimate interest of our organization (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract), and the explicit consent of the interested party for those cases where it is required.
    • Transfer of data to third parties: the data of the finalist candidates will be transferred to clients who offer a job position, with the prior express consent of the candidates.
    • Data retention period: less than two years if it is observed that the applicant’s profile can be adjusted to present or future needs of the company, and the candidate has given their express consent for this purpose. In the event that the profile of the candidates does not meet the needs of the company, data will be immediately destroyed.

3. Financial management of our organisation

    • Origin of Data: provided by the interested party or by his legal representative, by email or by phone.
    • Purpose for processing the data: manage the financial activity of the platform according to the current tax and commercial regulations.
    • Basis that legitimises the data processing: legitimate interest of our organization (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, and processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation under EU law or the laws of a Member State).
    • Transfer of data to third parties: if necessary, to the public administration such as the Tax Agency or Social Security.
    • Data retention period: the period required by the public administration until the expiration of responsibilities.

4. Evaluation of your application for open positions in our organisation.

    • Origin of Data: provided by the interested party, through forms enabled for this purpose on the website, or information transmitted to the organization by email or by phone.
    • Purpose for processing the data: evaluation of application for open positions in our organisation.
    • Basis that legitimises the data processing: legitimate interest of our organization (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract)
    • Transfer of data to third parties: we won’t be transferring any of the information provided to third parties that are outside our organization.
    • Data retention period: less than a year if we find that the applicant’s profile may fit to organisational current or future needs. In the event that the profile may not fit to our needs, the data will be immediately destroyed.

5. Management of the working relationship with our employees

    • Origin of Data: provided by the interested party or by his legal representative in person, by email or by phone.
    • Purpose for processing the data: manage the working relationship with our employees.
    • Basis that legitimises the data processing: legitimate interest of our organization (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, and processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation under EU law or the laws of a Member State).
    • Transfer of data to third parties: if necessary, to the public administration such as the Tax Agency or Social Security.
    • Data retention period: the period required by the public administration until the expiration of responsibilities.
