More than 20 years’ experience as a headhunter, but I prefer my work as a strategic consultant in the recruitment of executive talent. I find it hard to believe that this professional work could be done by a robot.
I try to balance talent and culture. I love my work because it enables me to get to know companies from the inside, to know people as they are, and to help them to meet professionally for their mutual development and success. I specialise in family businesses and the industrial sector.
I have been committed to everything that has happened in my life, is worthwhile, and enables me to give back everything that it has given to me. That is why I am a member of the Management Committees of ESADE Alumni, the Family Business Club and the Col·legi d’Enginyers de Catalunya, and a trustee of the Fundació Cuina Justa. I chair the Consell de Formació i Ocupació del Col·legi d’Enginyers de Catalunya.

Since my training in Hotel Management and throughout my professional career linked to various fields, including the entrepreneurship of different projects, I have been able to verify that the common point of all my professional background has been the selection and management of multidisciplinary teams, as well as like my orientation to people. The perspective and experience that only the years, the successes and, of course, also the failures, has allowed me to have a global and real vision of the world of the company and of the people who make it up.
For more than 9 years I have had the opportunity to practice an exciting profession that allows me to interact intensely with people, trying to do my bit so that they can grow professionally and while companies have the opportunity to incorporate the best talent for their organization.
There are multiple industries, sectors and professionals that I have come across in my professional career as a Head Hunter, but possibly my training in Hotel Management, which has always been related to food and beverages, makes FMCG possibly one of the industries where I feel most identified.

I hold a degree in Industrial Engineering from ETSEIB and a PDD from IESE. Although I enjoyed studying a scientific career, I soon realized that I was more interested in people than numbers, and that my talent lay in my ability to listen and empathize with others. I am drawn to sociology, human behaviour, and understanding the inner drive of the people I interact with, in order to help them reach their full potential.
My professional trajectory defines me as a consultant, and for over 15 years working with people, I have developed the necessary skills to help companies and executives achieve their goals. I like to think that in every interaction, every call, or conversation, I can contribute to the growth of executives and help companies attract, retain, and develop the best talent.
Throughout my professional career, I have had the opportunity to enjoy meeting people and learning from them in more than 20 countries. I have been fortunate to participate in Executive Search, Management Assessment, Succession Planning, and Talent Management projects, working for diverse companies and sectors, which gives me a broad background and a comprehensive understanding of how people and talent impact company strategy and objectives.

While studying Business Administration, I had the privilege to immerse myself in the world of private wealth management at Morgan Stanley, which led to my first international professional experience with a New York Hedge Fund, during the completion of my studies.
The combination of my experience in strategy consulting at Europraxis and my tenure leading an industrial-based company has provided me with the necessary knowledge to excel in my profession. I have learned the critical importance of grasping the unique needs and culture of each company, allowing me to tailor my approach to offering bespoke talent solutions.
I studied Psychology and have a Master’s degree in The Psychology of Organisations, from recognized universities. I have always known that my main interest is in psychology applied to companies, and in being able to understand their changes, their organisation charts, their shortcomings and their styles.
I regard myself as a strategic partner who helps them to recruit executive talent which closely matches their cultures. I have more than 16 years of experience, with proven successes in executive search and middle management, inserting strategic personnel into companies. I have worked with companies of different sizes, and in different sectors. Strongly client-orientated, I easily understand clients’ needs.
I love meeting the various people whom I interview and being able to understand their movements and explain them to my clients.

I studied for a higher degree in Administration and Finance, and for more than 11 years I have been in charge of the Talman Group’s Administration Department, and also its Office Manager. Ignasi Rafel says that I am his right hand. In short, I make sure that everything functions correctly in the office.
I like what I do, because apart from the work itself, by working with people I can get to know them, and learn from them.
What I like the most is that I firmly believe in what we are doing; in the relationships which we create between candidate and company so that they can both achieve the desired success.

Graduate in Humanities from Brown University; graduate in Global Finance from Citicorp Institute for Global Finance, PDD from IESE and Master and PhD (Cum Laude) in Human, Social and Legal Sciences from UIC. He attended the FFI programme for family business consultants.
I have held various executive and non-executive positions, including General Manager and Vice-President of the Board of Laboratoris LETI for 12 years. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Calçats Royalty as well as Director for 6 years of Origio A/S (a Danish company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange) and member of the Board of Directors of YPO, a global association of entrepreneurs.
I have 34 years of experience on boards of directors, especially in family businesses. I am convinced of the strategic impact that a high impact board can generate. I have created and managed 10 boards, helped more than 20 companies from different sectors and 14 countries to improve the design and functioning of their governing bodies. I have facilitated more than 160 board meetings. I enjoy researching on boards and corporate governance (he wrote his thesis on the subject) and training board members and “consellables”.

I have been a lecturer and director of different programmes at ESADE since 2002 and specialise in the areas of team leadership, change management and human resources.
I have held executive positions in the HR field, as a specialist in Compensation and Benefits for Banc Sabadell and Director of Organisational Development for TUI Spain. Subsequently, I have worked for almost 15 years in strategic HR consultancy, specialising in the assessment and support of managers and the implementation of performance assessment systems linked to compensation policies.
I have more than 20 years of experience in the field of HR and Organisational Development, in companies of different sectors and sizes. I have been heavily involved in the last 10 years in the transformation process of the Spanish financial sector, assessing management teams (more than 3,000 assessments) and accompanying senior management in making decisions about people.
I am convinced that talent management is critical for business strategy to go from being an aspirational goal to becoming a tangible and sustainable long-term reality. I understand that leadership is the key lever for organisational development processes.
